PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION AS THEY CONTAIN BINDING LEGAL TERMS AND OBLIGATIONS INCLUDING LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF OUR LIABILITY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THIS PROMOTION.

Terms and Conditions
This Promotion is organised by the Organiser and is open to all residents in Malaysia, aged 18 years and above at the time of entry save.
The Promotion is designed to reward subscribers with the Organiser's partners respective deals as a form of savings should the subscriber decide to use their respective services.
As long as you have an active subscription account with the Organiser, you will get updates on the Promotion via email. Once your subscription has expired or has been terminated you will no longer be able to receive these updates.
You may only be able to redeem the deals via email. Please note that you are encouraged to check and update your particulars regularly.
The Organiser will not be responsible if you did not receive any promotional deal due to wrong personal information provided during subscription application and/or your failure to update your particulars with the Organiser.
You expressly agree that the Organiser shall not be held responsible for our partner(s) failure to perform their respective obligation(s) to you in relation to your redemption and the Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss suffered by you directly or indirectly, in relation to your redemption of the deal.
By participating in the deal, you acknowledge and agree that the Organiser excludes all warranty and/or liability in connection with the deal and/or the Promotion. You shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including personal injury and/or death) resulting from your participation in the Promotion, redemption and/or usage of the deal. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including personal injury and/or death) in any manner whatsoever suffered by you as a result of your participation in the Promotion and/or the redemption of the deal.
Unless otherwise specified, all ancillary costs are your responsibility.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, then the Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the terms and conditions for this Promotion, modify the Promotion, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate, without prior notice.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and the amended terms and conditions will be uploaded onto our website. You are therefore encouraged to visit our redemption website (Daily Express Rewards) on a regular basis.
By accepting and redeeming the deal offered, you hereby agree and confirm that you have read and understood the respective terms and conditions that comes with each deal.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from the Organiser or its employees, shall create any warranty on the deal offered by the respective partner(s) under the Promotion.
You must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any partner's website. You shall take full responsibility for any damage or loss of data on YOUR computer system caused by your decision to download any information pursuant thereto.
The Organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion without prior notice when deemed necessary.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING STATEMENT RELATING TO PARTICIPANT (this "Notice") IN ACCORDANCE WITH PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT, 2010 ("PDPA") AND PUBLICITY
The PDPA governs the processing of your personal data ("Personal Data") by the Organiser. This Notice is issued to inform you that this is the basis upon which the processing of your Personal Data is done by the Organiser.
Purpose: All information (including Personal Data) submitted by you in your participation of the Promotion shall belong to the Organiser and you irrevocably and unconditionally consent and permit the Organiser to use, publish or feature you and/or your pictures (which may include your name, statements about the Promotion or any of its related matter) without further notice or compensation for publicity, advertising or any other related purposes in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to in any of the Organiser's publications, websites and/or any promotional materials connected to the Promotion.
Transfer: Your Personal Data will be kept confidential by the Organiser but you agree that for the purposes set out in the clause above, the Organiser may transfer or disclose such Personal Data to the following parties within or outside of Malaysia:
Other partners or any participating partners which owe a duty of confidentiality to the Organiser;
The Organiser's agents or contractors under a duty of confidentiality to the Organiser providing administrative, telecommunications, data processing or other services to the Organiser in relation to the Promotion (such as but not limited to professional advisers, customer call centre providers, gift redemption centres or data entry companies);
Any affiliates that owe a duty of care to the Organiser:
Any law enforcement agency and/or regulatory body for compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, codes and/or guidelines and/or any person or entity to whom the Organiser is under a binding obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law, rule, regulations, code and/or guideline and/or order of any competent court of law, law enforcement agencies and/or regulatory bodies.
Access: You have the right to request access to and to request correction of your relevant Personal Data. Nothing herein contained shall limit your rights under the PDPA.

All entry instructions and any other specific details relating to the Promotion or the redemption of the deal(s) not specified herein shall form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Organiser's decisions are final and there shall be no appeal entertained and/or allowed. You shall not resort to court proceedings to review the Organiser's decisions.
